Bookings & Confirmation
All reservations must be made through the official AnmonTravel booking system.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation message from our team via email or WhatsApp.

Payment Terms
Depending on the trip or service:
Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure may be eligible for a partial or full refund (depending on the trip conditions).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
Departure Time & Punctuality
Customers must respect the departure time communicated by AnmonTravel.
Late arrivals may result in missing the trip without refund.
Changes & Modifications
AnmonTravel reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or transport arrangements if necessary for safety, weather, or organizational reasons.
Responsibility
AnmonTravel is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic or external conditions
- Personal belongings lost during the trip
- Situations beyond our control (weather, road closures, etc.)
Group Behavior
Customers must respect group rules and instructions from the guide or driver.
Any inappropriate behavior may lead to exclusion from the trip without refund.
