What level of fitness is required for this trek?
A good physical condition is required. The trek is considered moderate to challenging, with 5–7 hours of walking per day and higher effort on summit day.
Is the M’Goun summit difficult to climb?
The ascent is not technical, but it is physically demanding due to altitude and long walking hours. A steady pace and motivation are key to reaching the summit.
